CALL FOR ARTISTS

What is SkyLit Presents?

SkyLit Presents is the live programming division of SkyLit, focused on producing curated concerts, cultural programs, and community-centered performance experiences. Through this series, we create platforms where artists can share meaningful work while audiences experience thoughtfully produced live events.

Our programming spans outdoor concert series, seasonal markets, cultural festivals, and specialty showcases. While each event has its own identity, they all share the same goal: to create spaces where artistry, storytelling, and community connection can thrive.

We believe strong live performance ecosystems don’t happen by accident. They are built by investing in artists, setting clear production standards, and creating opportunities for both emerging and established performers to grow their audiences.

Who Should Apply

We are seeking artists who are:

  • Performance-ready and reliable

  • Comfortable performing in professional or community settings

  • Able to deliver engaging live sets

  • Interested in being part of a curated performance roster

We book a range of formats including solo performers, bands, spoken word artists, and culturally rooted performance traditions depending on the needs of each program.

How Selection Works

This submission form serves as our primary artist intake for the 2026 season. Rather than applying for individual events, artists may submit once to be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the year.

Submission does not guarantee booking. Artists are contacted when their work aligns with specific programming needs, audience fit, and production logistics.

Artist Compensation

SkyLit is committed to offering paid opportunities whenever possible. Honorariums vary depending on event scope, slot type, and available funding. Specific compensation details are always shared prior to booking confirmation.
